Bridgefest Parade!

KNSC loves a parade, especially when the Ski Tigers make it into a fabulous show with us!
The crew heads west up College Ave.
We didn't march over to Hancock this year because of their road construction.

The new UTV.  This isn't a very manly job for it!

Seems we have trail mutts everywhere.

We love having the ski tigers with us.

They give our float some real credibility having them along.
They wowed the crowd with their skiing prowess,
which they demonstrated throughout the parade.
Some trail mutts just love being touched by kids.

Hope we see everyone on the trails soon!

Pedestrian bridge improvements begin.

After having a skier fall off the pedestrian bridge that's located at the bottom of the Pine loop, it was decided to make it wider for safe winter crossings.   Plus the new one will be made much stronger, more appropriate for snow loads, and will have a railing on it.   Of course it will remain too narrow for motorized crossing.   We are scheduled to begin work on the project starting on Tuesday June 21, through Friday June 24th.

If you'd like to help or make a donation towards this necessary improvement, either would be most appreciated.   Contact Arlyn if you can help at arlyn.aronson@gmail.com or 370-2911  Job site preparation begins before June 21st.pedestrian bridgeDLpedbridgewinter
